Date of CPT exam 2015:-

Test Date : 14/06/2015

Last Date Of Application : 28/04/2015

Exam pattern:-

SESSION – I ( Two Sections – Two hours – 100 marks )

Section A: Fundamentals of Accounting ( 60 marks )
Section B: Mercantile Laws ( 40 marks )

SESSION – II ( Two Sections – Two hours – 100 marks)

Section C: General Economics ( 50 marks )
Section D: Quantitative Aptitude ( 50 marks)

Common Proficiency Test 2015, will be conducted by ICAI , two time in a year that is once in a six months .

Date of exam is on 14 th June 2015 , and last date of application form fill up is 28th april 2015.

Common Proficiency test (CPT) examination is conducted by ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). The examination will be scheduled on Sunday, 14th June, 2015 in two sessions. CPT 2015 examination would consist of 4 papers to be conducted in two sessions mentioned below.

First Session (Morning):

~~ Timing: 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM (IST)

~~ Subjects:
Section - A Fundamentals of Accounting
Section - B Mercantile Laws

Second Session (Afternoon):

~~ Timing: 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM (IST)

~~ Subject:
Section - C General Economics
Section - D Quantitative Aptitude.

The application form for CPT 2015 would be available from 7th April, 2015 to 28th April, 2015. All those candidates who have cleared or appeared Intermediate examination (12th) are eligible for CPT examination. To appear for this test, you have to register for CPT with ICAI on or before 1 April 2014.

Eligible candidates can register for CPT examination Online. This exam held twice in a year in the month of June and December every year.
