CPT stands for the Common Proficiency Test. This exam is conducted by the Institute Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for those aspirants who want to become a Chartered Accountant.

Candidates after completing their 10+2 from the recognized board exam can register themselves for CPT examinations.

CPT consist of objective types of multiple choice questions.

Exam Dates:

CPT 2015 exam date - 14th June 2015 Sunday

• Morning Session : 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M
• Afternoon Session : 2:00 P.M. to 4::00 P.M.

Exam Fee: Rs. 1500 only (Rs. 500 exam fees and Rs. 1000 for application and information brochure)

If you want to become CA, then you need to clear three levels namely CPT, IPCC and final level.

CPT stands for the Common Proficiency Test. For the academic year 2015, this examination is notified to be conducted on 14 June. Examination is planned to be conducted in morning session and also in after noon session (Morning Session : 10:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M, Afternoon Session : 2:00 P.M. to 4::00 P.M).

A student who has passed the 12th standard is eligible for CPT exam. CPT is held twice in a year in June and December month.

CPT Exam Form June 2015

The Exam Form for Common Proficiency Test June 2015 Attempt would be available from 7th April 2015 (10:00 AM) onwards and the last date of submission of the same is 28th April 2015 (05:30 PM). There is no provision for submitting the exam forms after 28th April with late fee and only those applications received till 28th April 2015 would be eligible to appear for CPT June 2015 Exams.

The important dates for the Common Proficiency Test 2015 are as follows:

Start date of application: 07/04/2015.

Last date of submission: 28/04/2015.

Date of examination : 14th June, 2015.

This entrance exam is conducted every year by ICAI. Candidates willing to become Chartered Accountant take this exam every year.

You need to be 10+2 passed from a recognized stream in order to apply for the exam.
