IBPS(Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) now Conducting Common written Exam and Common Interview for All Public Sector banks Including 82 RRB (Regional Rural banks) In India Except SBI and SBI Group of Banks. One of the career best option is Banking Career. due to lack of communication many candidates missing Notification and the Details of Selection procedure.IBPS PO-II CWE Exam held in End of 2012, was interviewed in 2013. Same as Per Clerk –II. Clerk Exam Also Waiting for CWE Results in this month End or Next month First week.Then know about the exams in 2013.

IBPS Recruitment Upcoming in 2013 :CWE

IBPS Conducts for various recruitment in Banking Sector they are Bank Clerk,PO and Specialist officer and For RRB (Regional Rural Banks) Office Assistant (Multi purpose),Officer Scale –I,II&III post. Now IBPS clerk waiting for Results so Next Clerk CWE is likely going to Conduct Year END 2013. and IBPS PO-III also Conducts September-October 2013. Now waiting for Notification IBPS Specialist officer CWE-II notification in 2013 portion, as same for RRB CWE-II because IBPS RRB CWE-I score card Valid up to August 2013 . if Aspiring Jobs in 20 public Sector banks except SBI you must attend and qualify IBPS CWE and Common Interview with good marks .

Note : Common interview for IBPS RRB start from second CWE-II

The date of IBPS P.O. Exam 2013, is not yet announced, the exam is generally conducted in the month of September to October.

IBPS - Institute of Banking Personal Selection, conducts P.O.(Probationary Officer) exam for 19 Public Sector banks from time to time as per their requirement.

Eligibility Criteria for IBPS P.O. Exam:-

-The candidate must be an Indian National.
-Should have completed Graduation Degree or above in any stream froma recognised University.
-Should be within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate.
-Should be a computer literate one.

IBPS PO examination is held two times in a year and the date will be announced in coming months so you have to wait for some time.

The qualification for IBPS PO examination is Graduation in any discipline with 60% marks from a recognized University.

The percentage criteria has came into effect from 2013 and now those who are below 60% are not eligible for IBPS PO.

Age Limit :

Age should be between 21 to 30 years if you are a General category candidate. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories.

SC/ST - 5 years relaxation

OBC - 3 years relaxation

PWD - 10 years relaxation

Selection Procedure:

-Objective Type Paper

-Group Discussion and Personal Interview

Objective test will have questions from Quantitative , Reasoning , General Awareness, Computers and English skills.

There will be negative marking for wrong answers and you have to pass in each and every section. Also you have to clear overall cutoff to get a call for GD and PI.

So be prepared for the examination.

IBPS conducted this exam for recruting the PO posts.

And for this exam percentage is not required.

IBPS recruits PO on behalf of 20 commercial (PSU)banks' according to GOI direction.

For this exam you must have :-

Graduation from a recognized university with 50%.

And your Age limit is 21-30.

Upper age relaxation for reserved category candidates is as follows:

3 years for OBC

5 years for SC/ST

10 years for PWD.

IBPS CWE PO Exam Eligibility Criteria:-
  • You should be a citizen of India.
  • You need to have a degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
  • The minimum age limit for giving this exam is 21 years. For general category candidates the upper age limit is 30 years.
  • There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates:-
  1. Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe - 5 years
  2. Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) - 3 years
  3. Persons With Disabilities – 10 years

CWE Exam Pattern:-

The CWE exam comprises of two parts: Objective type and Descriptive Type. A total of 250 questions will be asked in the objective section and the total marks allotted for this section is also 250 marks. You will get a total of 150 minutes to complete the whole objective paper.

If you manage to get the qualifying marks in each of the objective test only then your descriptive paper will be checked. 60 minutes have been allotted for this exam and questions will come from Essay, Précis, Letter Writing etc. For the objective test stress on the following areas:-

-Reasoning
-English Language
-Quantitative Aptitude
-General Awareness
-Computer Knowledge

Let me tell you that Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has not declared any date notification regarding with Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer exam; But, Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer exam is to come in May month of 2013.


The educational qualifications regarding with Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer exam are below mentioned:-

# Candidates must have finished their bachelor degree in any curriculum from any approved institution.

# There is no need of percentage for this exam.

# Candidates of last year of bachelor degree are also preferable for this exam.

Eligibility Criteria For IBPS Probationary Officer (PO)/Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment 2013-14


Educational qualification

For IBPS PO/MT recruitment is exactly similar to that of clerical. That means, degree from a recognized university should be considered as the prime.

Age limit

You should be within the age group of 20-30 in the case of PO/MT recruitment. When comes to the reservations, apart from the categories like minority, ex-servicemen etc there is also an added advantage to those who have worked as clerical staffs.
