I am persuing my b.tech from jaipur in computer science. i m in third year but i m an average student . i want to know about what i can do after the b.tech. i don't wanna go in computers field. please tell me something about other chances for me and also about other field like CRPF, NAVY, DEFENCE. give me some advise for flying branch of air force and my chances in it................. thanking u sir

You have just completed your b-tech degree so you have lots of higher study scope

M-TECH :- You must be cleared the GATE exam some institute provide M-TECH without gate score.

MBA:- You must be cleared the CAT or MAT exam.Some institute conduct their own entrance exam.

MS:- Only M-TECH candidate are applicable.

JRF:- Only B-TECH ,M-TECH and science graduate candidate are eligible for JRF.

PHD:- B-TECH candidate must have GATE score . M-TECH candidate apply here without GATE score.

After completing B.TECH there are two option for you

For higher study :

For higher study you can fill up the form of GATE and can sit for this examination.If you will be able to score a good rank then you will get a chance to a good M.TECH college and there will be so many job for you.

Hi

You are only eligible for deference services after completion of your graduation. After completion of your graduation you can go for different public sector jobs as well as govt. sector jobs like ECIL, SAIL etc.

If you want to join defence services then you should go for CDS Exam which is conducted by UPSC every year.

Apart from that you can also apply for Indian Engineering Service(IES) after completion of your graduation. If you are interested for M.Tech then you have to write GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) Exam.

Bank PO-you can check out the different sites of bank for forms.eligibilty for bank PO is graduation with 60% minimum.

Soon after the completion of B.Tech in Computer Science, you have two major choices.
-Job Opportunity
-Higher studies

You can apply for job opportunities in various IT Companies like
-TCS
-Wipro
-Mahindra Satyam
-Infosys
-Accenture
-Tech Mahindra

You did not mention the percentage of marks you secured in your graduation. One should be a career 60 candidate to be eligible for these companies.

The selection procedure will be by
-Written test
-Technical round
-HR round

If you get a good job in any of these companies or any other company, better to join rather than going for higher studies.

If you have profound interest to go for higher studies, you can go for various post graduation coruses like
-M.Tech
-MBA

Of course you can go for defense after B.tech.To join different academies of defense you have to go through CDS exam .
Eligibility criteria for CDS exam -
1.Graduation from any recognized university .
2.Age = 19 to 24 years .
3.Final year students are also can apply .
4.Candidate should be a citizen of India .

Other than that you can go for the Govt. sector jobs like -

After completion of B.tech in computer science you are confused about your future career..

My suggestion is to go for a job first..

If you get a good job then go for it and try to continue the job..

Otherwise you can go for higher studies like M.tech/MBA..

If you want to get specialize in your field then go for M.tech course.
After that you can also do research in your field.

If you have interest in management field then go for MBA course.
After completion of MBA course you can get a job in management post of a company..
By which you will get better designation and better salary package.

Now you decide in which field you want to go..

What to do after Graduation

You have to choose according to your interest..here are a few options other than specialization in your branch..as you said you don't like your current branch..

You can go in for ManagementMBA(Masters in Business Administration) after you complete your B.Tech..

In order to gain admission into the top MBA colleges you have to clear any of the following exam with a very good percentile..

CAT
MAT
XAT
FMS
Symbiosis
and many others..

If you make into any one of the top MBA colleges then you can be assured of having a great job along with a really good package..

If yo want to join the armed forces then you can go in for CDS (Combined Defense Service) Exam

The minimum qualifications for you to appear in the exam are :-

1) For Air Force Academy..your age should be within 19-23 Years

2) You should be a graduate

Exam Pattern :-

Subject Marks

English 100 marks
General Knowledge 100 Marks
Elementary Mathematics 100 Marks

Total 300 marks

can i do training during 4th year b.tech cse student in oracle?i am not interested in java,.net or any oop languges.what should i do for training ?pls give best suggestion as soon as possible.i should be very thankfull to you.
