What is the duration of B.Ed ///...could u plese tell me what is the duration for it

Duration of the B.Ed. Course:
The course of study shall be for duration of one academic year consisting of 180 working days / Curriculum transaction days or 1080 hours (5 days per week@6 hour per day) excluding admission and examination days.

The 180 working days will include teaching practice, revision examination and study holidays.

Dear friend,

The duration of the B.Ed is for one year.
But the government is decided to increase the duration of all the courses start from the graduation. Like they are going to increase the duration of the graduation from three years to four years and B.ed from one year to two years. But till yet it is not increased.

Duration for B.ed is 1 year (for Regular) and 2 yrs (for Correspondence)

Duration of the B.Ed. Course:

B.Ed stands for Bachelor of Education. B.ed is an honor degree course in education. After completing B.ed course you can easily get teaching jobs in government & Private sector.

Duration of B.Ed course- Duration of B.ed Course is 1 year only. The course is divided into 2 semesters.

To join B.Ed couse you have to appear in entrance exam conducted by many colleges & University for admission to B.ed course.

Eligibility condition's for B.ed course:

You should have qualified Bachelor degree in any stream from recognized college/university.

You must have securded at least 50% marrks in bachelor degree(45% for ST/SC candidates)

No limit on Age for B.ed course.

It is an annual program i.e. its duration is one year. The neccessary condition for admission is that one must have two subjects in all the three years of his graduation which he had read in senior secondary level.

Duration of B.Ed is only one year..you can complete your B.Ed within one year..

But now discussion is going on in which B.ED Course duration can go up to 2 years.

In which FIRST year would be of theory classes and second year would focus on practical implementation of theory.

2 years duration is not yet implemented in many colleges.

B.Ed is Bachelor of Education...
It is generally one year course..

The age limit for B.Ed is 21-30 Year..

For admission in top college you have to qualify the entrance exam ..
Some to university offering B.Ed are:-
> Delhi University
> I.P University
> Guru Nanak Dave University

Generally B.Ed. course is of one year at some of state like Madhya Pradesh, but in some state as well as at Union Territory it is two years course. It can be done through Regional Institute of Education (CBSE) after 10+2 combined with B.Sc. or BA within four year.

Information Regarding B.Ed Course :-

Basically the duration of B.Ed course is for One and course is divided into two semester and It's Full form is Bachelor of
Education . The candidate who wants to make a career in Teaching Field then the applicant should be studied B.ED course . There are so many Colleges in India Offers in B.Ed Course .

It's an Compulsory course to become teacher in Higher secondary schools. So, If you want to become a Teacher
then you may Complete B.Ed Course with good percentage of marks .

The candidate who aspiring to join in B.Ed Course then the applicant Must hold a Bachelor degree course in any discipline from recognized university which is approved by UGC .

Candidate Must score Minimum 55% Percentage of marks in their Bachelor degree course and Final year appearing candidate
may also eligible to apply for this Entrance Examination .

No Specific age limit Needed for this Entrance Examination.. Only the candidate who satisfy the educational qualification
are applicable for this B.ED Course .

But here you did not mention you Academic qualification details .If you're Complete Bachelor degree course with at least 50% Percentage of marks then definitely you're applicable for this B.ED Course .
