Navy SSR Exam will contain Written Test, qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations

The duration of the Written test is 1 hour (60 minutes) only.

Written Test

• Question Paper will be Objective type containing both languages i.e Hindi and English
• There will be four sections i.e English Science, Maths and G.K.
• Questions will be based on 10+2 level.
• Duration of question paper will be 1 hour.
• The candidates are required to pass in all sections and in aggregate.

Physical Fitness Tests (PFT)

• Qualified candidates will have to undergo PFT.
• 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups.
• Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk.

After qualifying PFT, candidates will undergo Medical examination.
