what is the educational qualification for writing the group 2 entrance exam?

The eligibility required for Group II exam are as under:-

-The candidate should have completed graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university.

-The candidate must have secured more than 60% in 10th and 12th and 55% in graduation.

-The candidate age to apply for the post should not be more than 35 years.There is relaxation provided for OBC/SC/ST categories candidates.

-The candidate should be able to speak,read and write local language .

Age limit : 22- 30 yrs
Age Relaxation : OBC- 5yrs, ST/SC/PWD - 10y yrs

I have given the Tamilnadu group II notification attachment

My age is 32 I was completed my degree b.com. I am an average student
can I have any chance to write group 2 exam. With out writing group 1
