Engineering degree in Civil is enough to join higher education courses like M.tech, MS and MBA. Admission to these courses in government colleges is done through entrance exams. B.Tech degree in civil engineering is enough to apply for exams like CDS and IES. GATE qualified candidates can look for jobs in IOCL, SAIL, or NTPC. PDIL, Kochi Metro Rail Limited, CONCOR and BUIDCO are some other firms where you can try for jobs.
