What is the eligibility criteria for civil engineering exam?
Good evening sir, i am studying btech IIyear i am interested in civil services, after completing tenth i have two years gap i want to know whether i am eligible for civils or not, thank you sir

You have expressed here you are a student of Civil Engineering II year student, having a two years gap.
OK you will be eligible to join in INDIAN CIVIL SERVICES. **Civil Services is conducted by UPSC every year. **Any Graduate from a recognized University can compete Civil Services. First you are to qualify CSAT(Civil Services Aptitude Test). AGE: General minimum 21 years Maximum: 30 years. relaxations are available OBC 3 years, SC ST 5 years. Must be an Indian citizen. Yes, you will be eligible for the Civil Service examination during final year of bachelor's degree in technology.
Eligibility criteria: Civil service aspirant must have done his/her bachelor's degree in any stream/discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidates can also apply for the exam. The age limit for general candidates is 21-30 years. Three years age relaxation to OBC and five years age relaxation to SC/ST candidates. This entrance exam has three stages: 1. Preliminary test. 2. If you have decided to go in the civil engineering field then there is a very simple way to turn yourself into that.
You need to take admission in the Civil engineering college through the help of some entrance exam conducted for that. Entrance exams for the admissions in Civil engineering course is as bellow-->>> IIT JEE, AIEEE, VTU JEE, UPTU SEE, BCCE, CPMED-K CUSAT, ISAT, RPET, PTET, IPUCET, etc... There is a good number of jobs are available every year.As the rate of development will rise up the demand for the civil engineers will also risen up. So there is no problem at all for you. The eligibility criteria to join this course is as below:--->>> 1.12th std from any recognised board of India. 2.The minimum age requirement to join this course is 15 years. 3.You should be the citizen of India. 4.You should have good rank in any of the listed entrance exam. |
