Sir/Madam, could you please update me about the eligibility criteria for est of English Language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR) examination? When is the ToELR exam going to be conducted for 2020 session? Last date to submit application form? I heard that the application date has already closed. Is it true? Can't I apply now?

There are no specific eligibility criteria for the TOEFL exam prescribed by the ETS, the body that conducts the TOEFL test. Majorly, it is given by students who wish to get admission in universities, colleges or educational institutions of English speaking countries

A candidate should have passed from the high school or equivalent to appear for TOEFL test.
