What is the eligibility criteria for applying for TCS?
my 10th is 63%,and my 12th is 56%, but i complete my diploma as improve my percentage in 12th . diploma is consider as 12 th equivalent .in diploma i got 65% marks.recently i have been completed my b.tech(cse) with 70%.
my question is that i take admission in b.tech as 12th base in fist year due to some problem in diploma marksheet. so u tell me the if i hide my 12th and used diploma instead of 12th.can i apply for a tcs. regards :-gopad shukla |

Yes u can apply to TCS.There is no such type of restriction.

Branch Criteria :-
BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in any of the following disciplines: Computer Science Information Technology Electronics and Electrical Engineering Electronics and Communication Electronics and Telecommunication Mechanical Engineering Electronics/Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering Network Engineering Marks Criteria:- Minimum Aggregate Marks of 60% and above in the first attempt in all academic courses Standard 10th onwards. Aggregate of all subjects in all semesters to be considered (All subjects mentioned on the mark sheet). First attempt implies securing 60% and above marks within the normal duration of the course Improvement exam is not first attempt and hence the marks secured in improvement exams should not be considered to calculate aggregate marks. In case you have done both, 12thand equivalent diploma, you should have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks in both courses. Backlogs criteria :- No pending backlogs at the time of appearing for the TCS Selection process. It is mandatory to declare pending backlogs, if any, in the TCS Application Form. Course Type:- Only Full time courses will be considered. Age Criteria:- Minimum Age-18 years and Maximum Age-28 years at the time of appearing for the TCS Selection process. Hope it Helps you. |

Hello Friend,
I am sorry but you are not eligible for TCS campus recruitment as you have less than 60% marks in 12th exam. ELIGIBILITY FOR TCS: --> 60% marks in 10 and 12th board examination. --> 6.75 CGPA in B.E or B.Tech. --> Not more than 1 year gap between any two courses. --> Good communication skill. Recruitment process: --> Aptitude Test. --> Group discussion. --> Personal Interview. --> HR interview. Although you are not eligible for TCS you can try other MNC companies like Cognizant or Infosys or Wipro. All the best. |

Hello.
The eligibility criteria is listed below:- You should have minimum 60%of marks in class 10th and you should be passed from a recognized board. You should have minimum 60% of marks in class 12th also and should be passed from a recognized board. You should not have any backlog in graduation or bachelor degree. You should have minimum 60% of marks in the graduation also. I hoe you got it. |

If 12th percentage is 58% after 12th I complete my diploma 78% I joined btech in lateral entry and with the base of diploma and completed my btech with 69% will I eligible for TCS or not pls replay
