What is the eligibility criteria required to join journalism after completion of B.Com course? Can you please provide me the complete details or the steps which I have to follow for it? Am really interested in this course and looking forward to have the career in it as well.

ELIGIBILTY REQUIRED:-

1. bachelor degree or equivalent Examination in any discipline from recognized university .
2. score minimum 50% percentage of marks in graduation .

Most of the reputed institutes may conduct entrance examination. Based on the percentage of marks in entrance examination as well as bachelor degree scores there will be admission for M.A journalism course.

Yes, you can do journalism course because you have completed B.Com degree.

Eligibility criteria for B.A.(Journalism & Mass Communications):-

1)If you have completed 12th standard from a recognized board then you are eligible.

2)Your 12th standard marks must be above 50%.

3)Your age should be above 17 years.

You can join in journalism course for Post Graduate degree in journalism/mass communication after doing B.Com.

Admission to the course is made on the basis of entrance exam. The Entrance exam of various journalism institutes usually held in the month from May - July every year consists of a written test followed by Group discussions and Interview.

Eligibility criteria for Post Graduate degree in journalism/mass communication :-

- The candidate must have passed Bachelor degree in any stream from a recognized university to get admission for Post graduate degree courses .

-The candidate must have good communication skills and linguistic skills and writing skills and listening skills.
