After 12th Arts you may join any under Graduate course like:-

-B.A. - Bachelor of Arts
-LL.B. - Bachelor of Law(5 years Integrated LL.B.)
-BBA - Bachelor of Business Administration
-BCA - Bachelor of Computer Application
-Bachelor of Mass Communication & Journalism
-Bachelor of Fine Arts
-Bachelor of Hotel Management

You can opt Diploma in Fashion Designing after 12th Arts.

You may apply for some job like NDA by joining Indian Army after 12th Arts.

You may apply for bank Clerical job after 12th.

And there are lots of various Govt. and Semi Govt. job in Clerical cadre after 12th Arts.

Soon after the completion of your 12th class in commerce stream, you will be having good number of avenues to make entry.

You can choose the one which you are interested and where your strengths and knowledge are being fully utilized.

Here are some of the popular courses that you can join

Chartered Accountancy course
Company Secretary course
ICWAI
LLB
Integrated MBA course.

In order to join any of these courses, you have to crack Entrance Exam.

Better to opt for any of these courses only when you are strong at academics. The reason being you have to go through number of subjects and you have to complete the syllabus for so many subjects.

For some courses like CA, if you have failed in one subject, you have to write all the subjects again.

If you really want to better career scope CA course would be the better choice for you.

You can also opt for 3 year Graduation courses in the field of Commerce like
