Sir, i am doing B.E.(VI th semester) in ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS . I want to study PG one year course in national power training institute.please give what is the eligibility?, how to join?, how to apply the entrance exam?, they required SC/ST/OBC certificates, i have MBC certificate , so can i apply this course or not.
