Those candidate have score at least 50 % in graduation are eligible for NMAT 2012 programe . Any discipline from any recognized university are eligible for NMAT MBA programe . There are no criteria for age you can apply it in many times.

NMIMS University offers MBA Programs in various specializations and MBA ( Technology ) & MBA ( Pharmacy ) and 4 Year Full Time B.Tech. / B.Pharm Programs and admission the to these programs are based on NMAT and NMAT ( T ) is conducted by NMIMS University.

Eligibility of NMAT MBA Entrance Exam 2012 are common to all Programmes :

Candidates appearing for their graduation NMIMS MBA Examination can also apply but their admission of NMAT 2012 to the Programmes will be subject to obtaining the required minimum cut off marks and also producing all the necessary documents, in original, within the given stipulated time.
Those candidates who have passed, or, have appeared for graduation NMAT MBA Entrance Examination 2012 from a University where Grade Point Average is given, such candidates must produce in writing from the University concerned about the equivalent percentage for the GPA / CGPA obtained.
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in the first attempt, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate from any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
It is sole responsibility of the candidates to ascertain whether they possess the necessary and requisite qualification for the NMAT MBA Admission at NMIMS.
If at any stage, it is found that a candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by him / her in the online registration is incorrect, his / her NMAT MBA Applications for the Narsee Monjee Admission to the Programme, even if selected, will stand cancelled. Candidates appearing for NMAT, Group Discussion & Personal Interview will do so at their own risk, eventually, forfeiting their admission for want of meeting the Eligibility Criteria of Narsee Monjee MBA Entrance Exam 2012.
NMIMS reserves the right to alter the terms of Eligibility of NMAT 2012 without intimation to the applicants.

NMAT exam consist of 120 multiple choice questions which have to be completed in 2 hours
The paper will be divided into 3 sections -
1Language Skills - with 32 questions which have to be completed in 22 minutes
Syllabus-Coding & Decoding,Strong Arguments and Weak Arguments,Series,Family tree,Multi dimensional arrangements,
Puzzles

2Quantitative Skills-with 48 questions which have to be completed in 60 minutes
Syllabus- Arithmetic, Algebra, Trigonometry
2D and 3 D Geometry, and Statistic, Line graph, Bar graph, Tables, Pie chart

3Logical Reasoning-with 40 questions which have to be completed in 38 minutes
syllabus- Reading Comprehension, Passages, Poems, Synonyms, Anonyms, Dictionary meanings of different words, Syntax, and correct grammar

I have mentioned the allotted time for each section because once you completed a section you cannt go back to it for reviewing or rechecking
