Re: What is the fee structure of MBA course through distance learning? Is there any difference between correspondence and distance learning?
Quote:
Fee structure for every course differs from institutes to institutes, so is it in the case of MBA. To pursue MBA through distance mode one should make sure that the course offered by the Institute is approved by Distance Education Council [DEC] and All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE] to get recognition on All India Level. One of the best recognized Institutes which are approved by the above mentioned regulatory bodies is Indira Gandhi National Open University [IGNOU]. To pursue a MBA program candidate must have qualified the Bachelors Degree program [Graduation] from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks [45% for reserved category]. Candidate has to go through entrance test [OPENMAT] which is conducted by IGNOU. The candidates who have successfully cleared the entrance test for admission into Management Programme conducted by institutions like CAT, MAT, and State level tests need not appear in OPENMAT. The duration of the program is 2 and a ½ years. The Fee costs around 21,000 per year. Some of the other well recognized Institutes which offers MBA program through distance mode are; Symbosys Center for Distance Learning Geetam University – Andhra Pradesh Osmania University. As far as the next question is concerned, there is no difference between distance education and Correspondence, both are same. |

Re: What is the fee structure of MBA course through distance learning? Is there any difference between correspondence and distance learning?
Hi aspirant,
Friend MBA distance education is not so expensive as regular MBA .There is no difference between correspondence and distance education. Both are same. Therefore student who is having some financial difficulties can opt distance education for good future scope and job opportunitu. If you talk about fees for Mba then I would say that it is just similar to graduation level fees. Like the fees for 1 year of MBA will be around 21000/- and even some universities may ask for the lesser amount for the Mba semesters. Like in IGNOU,there are 21 modules each costing Rs.1000/- so the total fees comes out to be 21000 . To get proper knowledge on fees structure, you can visit the university campus. MBA colles for distance education Sikkim manipal university IGNOU Maakhan Lal Chaturvedi uviversity Allahabad deemed university Vinayak university Tamil Nadu Best of Luck... |

Annamalai is a good option to do MBA distance. It is approved by UGC/DEC/AICTE. It gives online classes as well. Exam centre is there all over India. Syllabus is also easy.
