What is the height requirement for Army?
I join army but tell me sir what height on army...pelase tell me how much is it

hi,
you can join indian army using two option;- 1-NDA EXAM nda exam is conducred by upsc twice in a year. The minimum eligible age to write the exam is 16 1/2 years. The maximum age limit is 19 years. You must have qualified the +2 level of examination of a recognized board to be eligible for it. 2-CDS EXAM;- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS;- -For Indian Military Academy/Officers Training Academy: Degree from a recognized university. -For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering. -For Air Force Academy: Degree from a recognized university with physics and maths/B.E AGE LIMIT;- -Indian Military Academy: 19-24yrs. -Naval Academy: 19-22yrs. -Air Force Academy: 19-23yrs. -Officers Training Academy: 19-25yrs. The maximum allowable audiometric loss is +20 db in frequencies between 250Hz and 4000 Hz The candidate must not be suffering from AIDS, hernia , diseases of internal organs, piles etc. |

Hi,
To Join the indian Army in two ways NDA and CDS NDA stands for National Defence Service. This exam conducted by the union public service commission twice in a year. NDA has three wings Indian Army Navy Indian Air force Required Qualification: The candidate should be citizen of india. The candidate should complete the graduation from any recognized university. There is no minimum percentage required to this exam. The candidate age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years. There is no upper age relaxation for the other categories. The male candidates and unmarried candidates eligible for this exam. Girls are not eligible for this exam. I am attaching the physical Requirements. SELECTION PROCESS: Written test Interview Medical test CDS stands for Combined Defence Service. This exam conducted by upsc twice in a year. To eligible this exam you can satisfy the below criteria the candidate should complete the graduation from any recognized university. There is no need to minimum percentage of marks. female[/B] - 4.98 feet or 152 cm male - 5.16 feet or 157.5 cm [/U][/U] The weight should be according to your height. E.g., if you're 175 cm tall, then your minimum weight should be 60 kg. |
