What is the income bar of father and mother to be eligible for OBC Non-Creamy certificate?
My both parents i.e. father and mother are private employees but salaries having 8 lakhs and 3 lakhs respectively. Am I eligible to get Non-Creamy layer certificate under OBC category? What is the standard income limit? Can I show only father's income or only mother's income?

Re: What is the income bar of father and mother to be eligible for OBC Non-Creamy certificate?
In order to qualify as an OBC non-creamy layer candidate, the applicant's parents' annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs.
That very family will be getting a certificate of OBC non-creamy layer. The person belonging to the non-creamy OBC category will be enjoying all the benefits and will be getting the relaxation of age in competitive exams as well. |
