Non creamy layer certificate is possible if combined income of Father and Mother is twelve lacs?
If father is a state government employee and getting salary more than six lacs and mother also doing business and making more than six lacs annually. Can he be eligible for non creamy layer certificate?

Yes, family income is considered for non creamy layer certificate. If it is twelve lacs per annum, then no chance of getting OBC reservation benefits.
Income should be below 6 lacs to have any chance of getting the non creamy layer certificate, which can be used to get OBC certificate. |

Yes, you will be counted in the creamy layer and not eligible for any relaxation.
The minimum required limit is 8 lacs as per revised government norms( including father and mother ) in 2017. |
