hi, iam nithya,i did my pg in mathematics, i have applied for the scientist post in isro on july. i got a call letter from isro on march 12,for attending interview.
the interview date is april 5th. I want to know about the interview process. what type of questions they will ask? subject related or isro related or general affairs? plz suggest me some idea. it will be helpful to me

Its too late but i suggest you in interview basically they ask question about you,, then about different situation some mathematical analysis and about ISRO, and current affairs too prepare good ,reply answer mix with smile ..

When will ISRO SC interview results for Post Graduate be announced, I had Interview on 21 March 2011 its been 3 months now.

I got 106 marks out of 240 in isro scientist 2011 written exam.
My rank is around 1800.(Electronics)
Can i receive the interview call letter.

it will depend upon the no. of vacancies.if the no. of vacancies in ur respective branch will be 180 or more..u will surely get a call. all d best!!

i think in case of mechanical engineering rank up to 1000 is quite sure to get interview callls..............

Before attending the interview, ensure that you have all information about the company including its product range, businesses in which it operates and recent news features.

The below questions are generally asked during interview.

Tell me about yourself? What is your job experience?

What is Vacuum? If pressure is less than that of atmospheric, can we call it vacuum? If so some places have less atmospheric pressures, can we call people living there are living in vacuum?

what is DAR test?

What is Transaction(RDBMS)

Can you tell us of a recent incident in your job where you had to handle an atmosphere of stress? How did you handle it?
