My mother and father both are working as a government of Bihar state employee. Both are serving as a second class employee. Their income from salry is
Mother's income from salary- 250000
Father's income from salary - 300000 per annum.
Am i eligible for obtaining for OBC certificate?

You are eligible only to find obc without non creamy layer certificate,but you cant get the relaxation advantage in obc.

For the OBC Certificate followings things are necessary which are follows:

1. Application form
2. Documents of age proof
3.Current Family income certificate by any Gazette officer of parents showing full name, post and seals.
4.Jamabandi land revenue
5.Electricity Bill
6. Affidavit to Support the above documents

Application form certificate which you can get online from these site :

1/ Office of sub-divisional Magistrate
2. Office of Tehsil or Revenue department

But I belong from bihar and my whole family ..
My mother and father both have OBC certificate of bihar.
Can I able to make OBC certificate in DELHI. ?
