Sir/mam iam g.narasimharao and i completed b.tech civil with 60.25% and i have 80% in both 10th and 12th. I want to get a job in tcs . How should i will get the job in tcs . How should i knew the information about the job?

Hi Narasimharao,

As your from Civil Engineering field. TCS, WIPRO, HCL etc MNC companies never offer you a job related to your field because its not your field.

These companies take projects from many other companies and do there projects by means of there employees allotting each project to some member of groups.

Getting a job in MNCs as even a civil engineering candidate also get.

If you got selected in written, Interview, GD and technical round they will train you in any software field like JAVA, . NET etc and make you work and provide salary about 20,000/- initially.

your B tech percentage is less but not very less that you can't get job.

TCS generally wants percent above 70 even above 75 sometimes.

60 is not enough to get into TCS.

Yes you can try for WIPRO, CAP GEMINI, GENPACT, etc.

You are also eligible to write GATE examination. As you have 60% go for it and try getting jobs in Public service units.

It's not your core field all are IT companies if they hire you then your profile will be as a software engineer.
