There are many jobs in IT field in various sectors generally companies provide job of trainee engineers after that there are various field like development testing application management security in which you can go depends on your capabilities and skills .

Before knowing field in IT you must know about software life cycle and that is
Requirements specification (Requirements analysis)
Software Design
Integration
Testing (or Validation)

for your information there are lots of jobs that pays a good salary after doing IT courses
but i would like to suggest you do go for that kind of jobs in which you are interested..whats the use if you got the job and u dont like working there and secondaly the place where you want to work..
you should look into all these factors..
