sir , i want to know what kind of physical and medical tests will be conducted for recruiting engineers into the indian navy .

Yes defence departments gave a lot of importance to physical ability of the candidate. They have nothing to do that if you thrashed the written examination with your knowledge. All that matters in defence forces is to be medically fit and physicall strong and absolutely not lazy and brave.
