Re: What kind of questions are asked in R&AW interview?
R&AW (Research and Analysis Wing), which is India's external intelligence agency. The recruitment process for such organizations is generally confidential, and information about interview questions is not publicly available. I do not have personal experience of appearing in the R&AW interview. However, based on my research, the questions asked in an R&AW interview are :-
1. Why do you want to join R&AW? 2. What are your strengths and weaknesses? 3. Can you tell us about your experience in handling confidential information? 4. Have you faced any situation in life where you had to take a tough decision? If yes, how did you handle it? 5. Do you have any language proficiency other than English? 6. How do you keep yourself updated with the current affairs and international relations? 7. What is your understanding of security and how to ensure it? The interview may also include questions to test your analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. The questions may also be situational or hypothetical, and candidates may be asked to provide their opinion or suggest a solution to a problem. |
