HI

there is no least marks or cut fixed for any category.
Competition changes each year. Year by year competition is increasing.
Cut off marks also depends on the simplicity or difficulty of question paper.
But in general you should have minimum of 180+ to make it to IIT.( it changes every time)

its better to focus on the maximum marks rather than minimum marks. as if you aim is high, you will eventually reach somewhere but if you aim itself is low, there are very less chances.
