My friend, there are no limits for maximum salary.
If you are really an expert in your field in IIT, the companies which come for placements in the college can be very high ranging from 10 lakhs to 30 lakhs initial salary and plus many perks and bonuses.But this is not true for every student and depends on the capabilities of an individual student.

Dear friend,Actually iit is great place of placement.In order to answer your question lets see this year placement in iits.This year one student got placed for 75 lakhs.In average students from iits will get 5 lakhs.Many students will be placed with handsome salary.Hard work makes one greater from other in terms of salary.Best of luck.

Initially you will be offered Rs.20,000 per month and later after gaining experience you can get up to Rs.50,000 per month.

But the candidate salary after high range in 50,000-70,000. because all company want expression.
