Description:

Merchant Navy can be described as a professional job on the naval ships or cruise etc.They will be totally dedicated to the ship oriented work.They need to travel in the ships/cruise's.

These guys who are recruited typically adopt a deck officer or engineering officer role in a team leading capacity. However, they also do their practical work.

Work in the merchant navy :

• You will be responsible for navigating the ship using state-of-the-art radar and GPS systems
  
• Monitoring weather reports
  
• Listening to broadcasts given by Her Majesty’s Coastguard
  
• Using on-board communication systems to liaise with other crew members.
  
• Training junior staff after getting a good knowledge in their job.
