Educational Qualification: A candidate must be a Graduate in Arts or Science or Commerce from any Govt. recognized University with either Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Agricultural Economics/Sociology/ Anthropology/Social Anthropology/Social Work/Business Administration/Business Management/Geography or Commerce as one of the subjects. Preference shall be given to the Major (Honours) Graduates.

I am sapna boro, i hv passed H.S board exam by 60percent and now doing BA.LL.B in gauhati university so if im fit for ACS exam.my age is 19

For applying in APSC(Assam Public Service Commission) you will require to meet these eligibility conditions :

Educational qualification :

• Candidates should have a bachelor degree of at least 3 years in any discipline from recognized university.

Age :

• Candidates minimum age should be 21 years.
• Candidates age should not be above 30 years.

Combined Competitive Examination Pattern :

1. Preliminary Exam.
2. Mains Exam.

Exam Pattern for Preliminary Exam and Syllabus :-

• Paper I - General Studies - 200 Marks and Time - 2 hours.
• Paper II - One optional subject to be selected from the list given below - 200 Marks and Time - 2 hours.
