Yes, you are eligible for Assam Civil Service exam because you have completed B.Sc degree.

If you have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized university then you are eligible for Assam Civil Service exam exam. Final year student are eligible for Assam Civil Service exam.

Your age should be in between 21 years to 32 years for general candidates.

Age relaxation is given below -

5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates
3 years relaxation for OBC Candidates
10 years relaxation for PHC candidates
5 years relaxation for Ex-serviceman

Assam Civil Service exam selection process is consist in three way-

1)Preliminary exam(This exam is based on objective type question paper)
2)Main exam (This exam is subjective type)
3)Interview.

As you have mentioned that your are pursuing your B.Sc right now so, it you are in your final year of B.Sc then also you can apply for it.
