what is the minimum requirement for a 12th pass science stream student????

For pursuing 12th with Science stream one has to be a secondary school degree holder from a recognized board of education. There is no restriction of marks in the 10th board examination for the distribution of stream but some institutes do have the certain cutoffs for particular stream or they conduct entrance examination for the same.

Also I think your question is quite insufficient to be answered exactly as if you are concerned for the eligibility after class 12th for a particular field of your interest so you must mention it as the eligibility for the different fields are different.
