i m having 20 yrs old is it possible for me to write aieee 2012-2013...
i m belonging to sc/st quota....

Yes my friend.You can go for AIEE in the age of 20.Here I'm giving you the details of that examination.

Age Limitation :

The age of the candidate must be within 18 years.
But SC/ST candidate there is 3 year age relaxation and for OBC there is 2 year age relaxation.

The age limitation for AIEEE is as under;

25 Years (For GENERAL category students)
30 years (For SC/ST/PH category students)

Therefore you are definitely eligible for AIEEE, as far as age criteria is concerned
but you must fulfill other criterion such as;

Marks in 12th
Minimum 50% (For GENERAL category students)
Minimum 40% (For SC/ST/OBC/PH category students)

No. of attempts and year of passing 12th.
One can apply for AIEEE in three consecutive years including the year of passing 12th.
e.g., Only those candidates will be eligible for AIEEE-2012
who have passed 12th in 2010 or 2011
or
will be appearing 12th board exam in 2012.

Those who appear AIEEE & 12th board in the same year (say 2012)
should score the minimum qualifying marks so as to be finally eligible
otherwise their score will not be useful for admission in some engineering college
through central counseling.

You can surely appear for the AIEEE exam if you satify the following conditions :-

1) You should have an aggregate of 50% or above in PCM

2) You have only 3 attempts for clearing the exams..first is in the year of your passing of 12th and the next 2 attempts should be in the next 2 consecutive years..

Yoyr age is perfectly fine for appearing in the exam..

See minimum age limit for AIEEE examination is that 18 years and maximum is 22 years. This is for General category and for SC/ST it 3 years more to upper limit. So you are eligible.

Now the question may come about the marks in 12 th :

For GEN : at least 55%
For SC/ST: at least 45%

as you haven't mensioned in which year you have done your 12th so
it is quite difficult to say you are eligible or not.......

eligibility for AIEEE is;
-you must be 12th with atleast 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in
PCM...
-for SC/ST marks should be 40%
-your age must not br more than 25 years
-you can only apply for the exam within 3 consecutive years including
appearing year of 12th

Yes, my friend you are eligible for AIEEE exam..
As you have mentioned that your age is 20 years..

Eligibility for AIEEE exam:-

1.One must have complete the 12th in science having physics , maths and chemistry as optional subjects.

2.One must have secured 50% marks in 12th for general category..
For SC/ST the percentage criteria is 40%..

3.The age should not be more than 25 years for general category.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years..

So, you are surely eligible for AIEEE exam..
