whts the procudure for admission for Mbbs course for 2nd year of NRI student for one state to another state

Criteria for MBBS in the country is candidate will have to pass their 12 boards with at least50% in physics, chemistry and biology after the followingyou will be eligible for the NEET enterance exam admission to the medical colleges across the country will be through the merit scored in the enterance exam , if you belong to the reserved category than there will be some relaxation
You can only change your college if it is affiliated to the same university otherwise you cannot and in some college you will also have to submit your reason of changing the college
It will be next to impossible if you change your state and college even being an nri student
