Chartered Accountancy

Chartered Accountancy is professional who manages companies finance and is an expert in taxation and auditing .Chartered Accountancy is always required in the corporate sector and they can even practice of independently.CA can also advice on tax compliance and on tax law and specialized in audit and taxation.

Yes you can enroll yourself for the IPCC provided you have completed your graduation (b.com) from at least 55% marks.

As Graduates/ Post Graduates are eligible to directly join IPCC and Articleship.

You need not to worry about the language (hindi or english)in Chartered Accountancy as understanding the concept is more important than language although you need to have basic understanding of english.

There are 3 Stages of Chartered Accountancy.

Integrated Professional Competence Exam Subjects:

Law, Ethics and Communication
Cost Accounting and Financial Management

It takes around 3 years (minimum) to complete the course for graduates .

CA TOTAL fee is around 40000/- to 45000/-.

The Chartered Accountancy course comprises of

1. Competence Proficiency Test or CPT
2. Integrated Proficiency Competence Course or IPCC and
3. Final Course

One can apply for CPT during 12th class or after passing 12th board exams.

After qualifying CPT, you will become eligible for IPCC.

You can get exemption from CPT and can directly apply for IPCC
if you have scored 50% or more marks in B.Com.

There is no strict duration of course. If you pass all the exams in one attempt and do not
waste time in any case then it should take approximately 5-6 years to complete the course.

The IPCC is divided into two groups (Group-A and Group-B)
You can apply for Group-A and Group-B exams in the same session or in different sessions.
After passing both groups of IPCC you will have to undergo 3 year Articled Training.
After completion of Articled Training or during the last year of Articled Training, you can
apply for CA Final Course exam.

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
