Hello,
I want to know what all procedure will conduct by dell in on campus recruitment..?

There are mainly three round which you will have to clear to get selected in Dell Company. The three round of interview are : Pannel round,technical round and Screening round.

After completion of all three round you will get the result either you selected or not.
Technical round may of 10 minutes or may be of 1 hours.It totally depends on the interviewee.

Some of the general questions which are mainly asked in any interview are :

What will do for our company?
what is your goals.?
Why we should hire you?
Why you are leaving the previous company?
etc..............

Your answers should be straight forward and main motive of your answer should to give answers point to point.

Try to read newspaper daily it will help you a lot in Interview.
To clear technical round choose any one subject in which you have good command. And practice the placement paper released by Dell every year.

Try to be confident in front of them and hope for the best.
