What is the procedure followed to ensure any correction to do in UGC NET form after submission?

I have mention my specialization subject wrong in my UGC NET form please tell me how to correct it? What would be the procedure which I need to follow now to ensure that I will get it corrected? Can someone please give me the complete information on the same?
