What is the procedure for getting Sahitya Ratna certificate?
i had passed sahitya ratna in the year 1985 with roll number 3694 center vijayawada what is the procedure

Is it compulsory to take B.A in general along with hindi to go for further studies?? I mean for M.A in hindi.

I had completed three exams in Wardha Hindi exams around 1957-58 from Hubli. It was not Dakshin prachar exams. I would like to know more details. The names of the different levels.
