Company Secretary Course

Dear Friend

Company Secretary course is a kind of correspondence course which is
conducted by Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSI).

First you will have to register for admission into the course.
The registration of the course is open throughout the year.
The registration fee is Rs.12,500/-

Once you are registered for the course, you will be provided study material of the course.

There are three levels of CS course.

1. Foundation Program
One can appear the Foundation examination after 12th.
The fee for the foundation course is Rs.3,600/-

2. Executive Program
One can appear this exam after passing the Foundation exam
or
One can appear this exam if he/she has completed graduation.
Graduates are not required to appear Foundation examination, they can
directly apply for Executive program.
The fee for the Executive course is;
Rs.6,500/- For Foundation course passed candidates
Rs.7,000/- For Commerce graduates
Rs.7,750/- For Non-commerce graduates.

3. Professional Program
You can apply for this exam after qualifying the Executive Program.
The fee for the course is Rs.7,500/-.

If you are going to complete your graduation in recent future then you should register
for the course and start preparing for the executive program.

The structure of the CS course is as follows:

Foundation Program

Professional Program

Since you have completed your graduation, you are exempted from the Foundation Program and may follow the program as mentioned above.

How much the practical training period ? Is this possible that we postponed the training programme to compeletion of profession cource ?

You will be graduate after clearing your final year exam than you need not to clear the first stage of company secretary.

you can take admission in II stage which is executive level.

i am doing my bcom cs(corporate secretaryship). i am in my final year and i have my final semester exam in april. can i write my executive(both groups) in december with my 6th semesters marklist(printed) and submit originals later once i get them? by the time i get originals it will be august.

B.com if done from recognized university than it is irrelevent that whether it have been done from regular university or from distance education.

Only thing is that your university should be recognized.

if your university is recognized than you can join COMPANY SECRETARY executive level directly.

You need not to clear foundation course.
