To pursue graduation degree in aeronautical engineering you must have min 60 % in class 12th .Once you become eligible for JEE main and advance then you have to start preparation for these exam, which are entrance exam for engineering colleges. You can start prepration at anyone of the following coaching institutes-

Bansal classes
Vibrant academy,Kota
Resonance eduventure
FIIT JEE
Allen career institute.

NOTE- 40 % weightage will be given to board marks so try to get good marks in class 12th.

Once you qualify JEE advance exam then you will be eligible to get admission in aeronautical engineering in following colleges-

Indian institute of technology,Bombay
Indian institute of technology,Kanpur
Indian institute of technology,Madras
Indian institute of technology,Kharagpur
indian institute of space science and technology

Aeronautical Engineering is related to design and maintenance of the flying objects that remains within the atmosphere of the earth. For example commercial aircrafts, helicopters, fighter jets etc.

You don't need any special qualification to pursue Aeronautical Engineering. The criteria for all branches of Engineering remains the same. So if you are meeting the criteria of applying for the engineering entrance exam. you can get admission for aeronautical engineering.

However for admission you will have to appear for the entrance exam. In India there are several entrance exams for engineering course. Some are conducted by central government while some are conducted by states. Private universities too have their own entrance exams.

ISEET

UPSEE

Guj-CET

BITSAT

ISEET is the only national level entrance exam for Engineering. It replaced IIT-JEE and AIEEE entrance exams. Some states have also replaced their existing entrance exam with ISEET. One such example is Maharashtra.

For All India level seats, as well admission in NITs and IITs, you will have to appear for the ISEET entrance exam. You can appear for the exam if meets the following criteria.

ISEET Eligibility

1. 12th should have been passed from recognized board.

2. Physics, Chemistry and Maths should be your subjects.

3. 40 percent or more marks in 12th board.

Hi,

In order to become an aeronautical engineer, prospective candidates must complete a bachelor's degree program, usually in aerospace or aeronautical engineering.

A program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) may be required to later earn licensure. Due to the range and breadth of classes, these programs may take 4-5 years to complete.

ALL THE BEST
