MPSC stands for the Maharashtra Public service commission. It organize the examinations for the top administrative positions in Maharashtra state government.

If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized university then you are eligible for MPSC exam.

Final years candidate are eligible for MPSC exam.

Age limit :-

For general category : 21 to 30 years.
For the OBC candidates : 21 to 33 years
For the SC\ST candidates :21 to 35 years

Selection process for MPSC exam :-

Preliminary examination
Main exam
Interview

For MPSC exam you must a degree from any recognized university with a minimum of 50 % marks
Age criteria
General 21 to 30 years.
OBC 21 to 33 years
SC/ST 21 to 35 years

MPSC stands for Maharashtra Public Service Commission.

To give this exam, candidate must complete his/her degree from recognized University.As you are 2nd year student at present you are not eligible to give this exam,but after completion of your degree you can give this exam.

Candidate must not be less than 19 years and must not be more than 33 years for general category.However, there is age relaxation for reserved category candidates as 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST.

# MPSC means Maharashtra Public Service Commission

# Maharashtra Public Service Commission is an autonomous body made an act of State Legislative Assembly.

# The main responsibility of MPSC is making recruitments for higher official in administration, health department, educational department, finance department etc of State Government.

# Minimum age fixed by MPSC for competitive examination is 21 years for all categories.

# However, there is variation in maximum for each category. The maximum age prescribed by MPSC is mentioned below:

* 30 years for General category
* 33 years for OBC category
* 35 years for Scheduled Caste category
* 35 years for Scheduled Tribe category
* 40 years for Persons with Disability

# Educational qualification must be minimum graduation in any stream/subjects from the recognised university. Note that candidate awaiting the result of final year of degree can apply for examination but their candidature is provisional.

# The selection process followed by the MPSC includes Preliminary Examination which is a screening test in order to shortlist the candidates for next stage (Main Examination). The next stage which is Mains Examination is comparatively tougher, exhaustive and lengthy than preliminary examination. Final stage includes interview process which is conducted by board of members of MPSC

MPSC stands for the Maharashtra Public service commission.

MPSC exam is conducted by Maharashtra state government in every year for recruitment to the top administrative positions in Maharashtra state government.

For apply MPSC exam candidate should have graduation / post-graduation degree in relevant streams from recognized university or institutions.

Eligibility criteria for MPSC exam:-

Candidate should be an Indian citizen.

Candidate should be completed Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University.

Age should be between 21 years to 30 years for General category candidates.

Age relaxation for OBC category candidates 3 years

And SC/ST category candidates 5 years.

Selection procedure :-

- Preliminary entrance exam

- Main entrance exam

- Interview

MPSC is the Maharashtra Public service commission. It conducts all the state civil services exams.

Educational Qualifications:
Any Graduation or those appearing in final year of graduation can also appear.

Age : Minimum age 19 years, the maximum age 33 years. Maximum age relaxable OBC candidates (Max. 35yrs.) and SC/ST/NT candidates (Max. 38yrs)

Any candidate who has done his/her bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university can apply for the different posts under MPSC.

Being a second year candidate of bachelor of engineering you can not appear for the MPSC entrance exam.

The age limit is 21-30 years for general candidates. If you are from OBC or SC/ST category you are eligible for upper age limit relaxations.

It has three stages of examination:

~~Preliminary examination.

~~Main examination

~~Personal interview.
