What is the recruitment procedure in various pharmacuetical industries?


I am doing my m.pharma in Pharmaceutics . i will be completing it in 2011. my question is that what is the recruitment procedure in various pharmacuetical industries and what is the pay package tha i will get. I want to join either the F&D section or the R&D section.

well the recruit procedures in these companies are very simple and as usual you will either be selected in a campus selection procedure or if you fail to do so which i hope you don't then y ou will have to look for vaccancies in pharma companies for various posts suting your profile and then approach them with your CV/ BIODATA and then apply over there for the post. and then face their rules and interveiw after that you will be selected.. well to know about such openings consulatncy services are helpful and job searching sites as well, the salary in both the section that you have asked will be around 15000-20000 for a fresher and can varyf form place to place..

dear friend
many pharma companies will come for on campus placements. if you dont get the job from there, enroll yourself in the job sites like monster.com,naukri.com or keep an eye on the employment bullein for vacancies.
the minimal salary for freshers is 13000/-

Hello

Generally in Pharma companies, the Field managers will look after of Recruiting the Field force.

Field managers will have good contacts in field with Docs, Chemist, Distributors and with other pharma company field managers.

so by this contacts they will get new candidates by taking preliminary Interview and we HR's will finalize the Candidates.
