National Defence Academy
NDA(National Defence Academy)is conducted two times every year i.e NDA-I and NDA-II.This exam is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission). AGE LIMIT: 16 ½ to 19 yrs as of first day of the month in which course is due to commence[SIZE=3][FONT=Calibri].[/FONT][/SIZE] Educational Qualifications: Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by a state education board or a university Air Force and Naval Wing of National Defence Academy and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University Candidates who are appearing in the 12th class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination Please Note:Girls are not eligible for NDA exam. Pass in HSC is the basic qualification for NDA. Applicant must be unmarried male. Age must be between 16 ½ and 19 years. In order to join navy or air force, you should have studied Physics and mathematics as subjects. Applications for attending NDA exam can be submitted through the website of UPSC. UPSC conducts the exam two times a year.

NDA exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice time NDA-I and NDA- II in a year for three wings. - Army wings - Navy wings - Air force Wings Eligibility criteria for NDA Examination :- Candidate should be an Indian citizen. For Army wings:- Candidate must have completed 10+2 exam of a recognized School or Board and studying in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible to apply for Army wings. For Navy / Air force wings:- Candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognized board. There is no minimum marks required for NDA Examination . Age limit:- Age should be between 16.5 years to 19 years. There is No age relaxation for reserved categories in this exam. Only unmarried Male candidate are eligible to apply this exam. You should be 10+2 pass in any stream to become eligible for NDA examination.
But you must note that if you have any aim of joining Indian Air Force and Navy through NDA exam then you have to pass 10+2 with Physics and Maths subjects. If you haven't studied physics and maths in 10+2 still you can apply for NDA exam but you will be only eligible for Indian Army. The age limit for NDA examination is 16.5 to 19 years and only unmarried males can apply for this exam. Selection Procedure: -Written Exam -SSB Interview -Medical Examination You must have required physical and mental fitness to get a nod for joining NDA. Hai,
NDA stands for National Defence Academy. NDA has three differant types of wings in it i.e 1. Indian army, 2. Indian airforce, 3. Indian naval academy. This exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year i.e NDA-I and NDA-II. Eligibility criteria:- The applicant should be complete 12th standard or it's equivalent qualification from a recognized university or board. Percentage is not important to apply this exam. Final year exams appearing students are also eligible. The applicant must be physically fit. Applicant's minimum age should be 16.5 years and maximum age should be 19 years. There is no upper age relaxation. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Girls are not eligible. Nationality:- The applicant must be a citizen of India, Or A subject of bhutan, Or A subject of nepal, Or A subject of tibetian refugee who came india permanently. Selection process:- Written exam, SSB interview, Medical test. Syllabus:- Mathematics- 300 marks, General ability- 600 marks. Total- 900 marks. NDA stands for National Defence Academy. It is one of the most prestigious and reputed things to crack the NDA exam. It is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year. In order to give the NDA exam , the following eligibilities are necessary :- 1.) 10+2 pass students with physics , chemistry , maths with a minimum of 70% are eligible for it. 2.) Only unmarried male candidates are allowed in this . Girls are not allowed. 3.) Age limitation is between 16.5 -19 years. 4.) Minimum height should be 157cm with 5cm chest expansion. 5.) Eligibility Criteria The candidate should: ** Have a XII Class / Equivalent passed certificate conducted by State Board / Universities. NDA - National Defence Academy, the entrance exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for an entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.
Eligibility Criteri for NDA:- -The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian Male candidate only. -Should have either appeared for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board. -Should be within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with no upper age relaxation for any reserved candidate. -Should have possessed good Physical and Mental health. The candidate having Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th can apply for all the three wings of NDA but witout having the above subject, the candidate can only be eligible for Indian Army of NDA.
