NDA stand for National Defence Service Exam.This exam is conduct twice time in a year.Indian Air force Exam is conduct by NDA.

If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science department you are applicable for NDA exam.

They are not require any kind of marks criteria.Minimum Qualification of this exam is 12th standard.But you must be fit in medical standard also.

Your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.There is no age relaxation for NDA exam.

So definitely you are applicable for Indian Airforce exam .This post is included to NDA exam.

YOU CAN WRITE NDA 2 EXAMINATION TO JOIN Indian Air Force...

NDA Stands for National Defense Academy


To apply for NDA you have to ful fill some eligibility criteria.

Eligibility for NDA :

- For Army Wing of NDA :


You must have passed 12th class with from recognized state education board.


- For Air Force and Naval Wings :


To apply for Navy and Air Force Wings, you have to complete your 12th with Maths and Physics as a compulsory Subjects.



- You must be an Indian.

- Your age must be between 16.5 to 19years.

- You should be Unmarried male.



Important Dates for NDA II:


Date of Notification is already over which was 04.06.2012


DATE OF EXAM : 19 August 2012

ALL THE BEST...

there are basically two ways to join the air-force for graduates.

One is by giving the CDS exam.

and the other way is through the AFCAT exam.

So you can appear for these two exams.

the age limit for these exams in 19-23 years.

You can join the following branches of the air-force-
1>flying branch
2>ground duty branch
3>technical branch

To apply for Air force exam :

~you should have a completed intermediate from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and final year of 12th exam may also makes u eligible to apply for Air force examination .

~you have to crack the NDA (National Defence Academy ) Examination .

National Defence Academy Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year as namely NDA I and NDA II .

>>Indian Army
>>Indian Navy
>>Indian Air force

Eligibility Criteria :-

~Aspirant should have a completed Higher Secondary Level (12th) exam from a recognized School and have a Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects to apply for NDA Examination .

~There is no minimum marks required for this examination and Pass marks is enough to appear for NDA Examination .

~Those who are appearing in the final year of 12th exam OR pass out candidates OR awaiting the exam results can also eligible to apply for this examination .

~The Aspirant age should not less than 16.5 years and not later than 19 years at the time of appearing for this examination and No upper age limits is required for this examination .

~Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for NDA Examination .

~Minimum acceptable height for this examination is 162.5 cms with corrected weight .

Dear....
You want to serve the nation , which is really appreciable...
You did'nt tell us our current qualification,.
Whatever ,If you want to serve the Indian navy & air force,. you must have to qualify the NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY [NDA] examination, conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION [UPSC] every year for two times.
The educational qualification for this examination is a 12th degree from a recognized board.
For apply in INDIAN AIR & NAVAL FORCE, you must have Physics & Maths in 12th with at least 60% in 12th.
Otherwise you can only apply for the Indian military academy. [IMA]

The age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years..
Remind that there is not any kind of reservation applicable for any reserved category.

Exam pattern-


You must have Indian nationality .

You must have marital status unmarried.
