Yes, you will have to appear in BCA-CET examination for getting admission in BCA course.

However, in many colleges direct admission is also entertained without any entrance test conducted. You can get admission in those respective colleges if you don't want to appear for examnation.

But, in many top level colleges there are entrance exams conducted for admission in BCA course.
