In each year UPSC,Govt. Of India conducts the exam to recruit Indian Statistical Officers in the various post under the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation. Usually the exam occurs in the month of September.
Eligibility-- M.Sc in Statistics or Related field.

Reserve Bank of India

RBI takes Statistical Research Officer for the purpose of Statistical Data Analysis & Research work.
Eligibility---M.Sc in Statistics or Related field.

Statistical Investigator

Staff Selection Commission recruits Statistical Investigator for different posts through an all India entrance exam. Generally in April they took the exam. Eligibility---B.Sc in Statistics(Pass/Honours).
