sir,i am studing in 11th science . what i do to become a collecter?

No, you are not eligible to become the collector in the class 11th.

To become collector you need to qualify in the Civil Services examination. The examination is conducted by the UPSC every year. The eligibility to appear for the examination is :-
* Candidate must have passed the graduation from the recognizes university.
* Candidate must have age between 21-30 years and relaxation in age for the reserved category.

So you have to wait till the graduation. But you can start your preparation from now as it is not going to be easy to crack.

The examination is conducted in the three stages and the candidate need to qualify in each of the stages for the final selection. The stages are :-
* Preliminary.
* Mains.
* Interview.

So from now start going through the National daily newspaper in English, go through the current affairs and keep look on the event taking place round the world.
