What should I do to become a lecturer? I am a M.A in Bengali

i am m.a in bengali. i want to be a lecturer. what shall i do to become a lecturer? pl guide me.

hello friend,

*if you have any teaching skill apply for lecturer post in private colleges.
otherwise you wil improve your skills in teaching for that.
OR
*join as junior faculty in appropriate colleges.....
by this you can get job for improve skills

so you can get some idea ,then you write entrance exam for governament job.
