sir / madam i am studying engineering 4 th year with civil branch then after i want to do ms in foreign countries what care i shall take and in what manner what is the process to go there and my uncle is lives in foreign he worked as scientist i want to go with refference to him what i shall do and how could i get applications and to fill it tell full matter how to i get foreign studies after completion of my b.tech 4rth year with civil branch
