I have qualified the CET of P.Hd held by avadh univercity now what should be my next step ?

I have passed cet examination by avadh univercity with first division now I am not getting information to get admission please and even two months are over to have been declared result.

i have cleared ph,d entrance in home science subject from faizabad university what shouls i do next for admission in any recognised university,
