What is the upper age relaxation for The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) UPSC exam 2018?
I am a domicile candidate for The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) UPSC exam 2018. My date of birth is 1992. Will I get upper age relaxation as I have crossed it?

CAPF entrance examination is conducted by UPSC for recruitment as Officers in CAPF.
The eligibility to appear for entrance examination is:- Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognized university. The age limit is 20-25 years as on 01st August of the year of appearing for the examination. So, you will be not eligible to appear for examination in 2018. There is relaxation in the upper age limit of 3 years for OBC and for SC/ST it is 5 years. For detail information about examination visit at http://www.upsc.gov.in. |

The upper age relaxation benefit is applicable to candidates of reserved category only.
The general age limit is 20-25 years. SC/ST candidates get five years upper age relaxation and OBC candidates get three years upper age relaxation. You can not apply for CAPF 2018 exam if you are from open category. |

The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) comes under UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). Age criteria for the examination :
- One must have attained age of 21 years before applying for the post. - One must not have crossed the age of 25 years as on 1 Jan, 2018. - There is a relaxation in age for reserved communities i.e 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST. - You are 25+ right now as in this year and will turn 2. Hence, you are not eligible if you belong from unreserved category. |

The full form of CAPF is Central Armed Police Force.
CAPF examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. Eligibility criteria: 1. You must have done bachelor's degree from a recognized university. 2. The age limit for general candidates is 20-25 years. Upper age relaxation of three years to OBC and five years to SC/ST candidates. |

The acronym CAPF stands for Central Armed Police Force exam.
It is conducted by Union Public Service Commission every year. The requirements for this examination are: Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. Candidates pursuing final year of bachelor's degree can also apply for exam. Age criteria: It is 20-25 years for open category candidates. This is relaxed by three years for OBC and five years for SC/ST candidates. If you are open category then you have already crossed your upper age limit. |

CAPF ( Central Armed Police Force ) the examination is conducted by UPSC for recruitment in CAPFs as an officer.
The eligibility to appear for examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline. The age limit is 21-25 years with relaxation in the upper age limit of 3 years and 5 years for OBC and SC/ST respectively. So, if you belong to a general category you are not eligible to appear for examination in 2018. For detail information about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in. |

CAPF stands for Central Armed Police Forces. It is conducted once in a year by UPSC.
The criteria for the CAPF examination; General Category: 20-25 years. Relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST respectively. 5 years relaxation for Ex-serviceman. Eligibility criteria: Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognized university. Final year candidates can apply for the exam. |
